Do it now before Stamp Duty changes take effect

Spring is coming and now for some people might be a good time to invest in a new property whether it be your own home, buy to let property or buying a business premises.

In the new Tax Year (from April 6th 2016) Stamp Duty Land Tax is increasing by 3% on anyone buying a second property. For example if you were buying a £150,000 property to rent out then the Stamp Duty Land Tax would be £7500 whereas at the moment you would just pay £300 on this purchase.
